I own a N1E and a Simple Touch and have used the metadata plugboards to add the series and book number to the titles of books I transfer to those devices. It makes reading in order a lot easier. I recently bought a Nook HD+ and would like to add the series/book number to books I transfer to the HD+. I've searched the Calibre boards and I either am not finding it, or I don't understand what I'm reading. Nook HD+ is not one of the drop-down devices listed on the plugboard.

So does anyone know how to do this for the HD+?

{series} {series_index} {title} is how I like things to be on the other devices I own.
