Well, tofu is made from soy which is one of the most genetically modified plants on the face of the planet. It and corn lead the way. Maybe that could be your excuse. I do like edamame beans every now and then.
As far as the puzzle goes...no idea. I'll think about it, but unless I get something stronger than this coffee than I won't be making the mental leap to figure out what phrase or set of things I am looking for.
