I also use Zotero with my M92. It is a little inconvenient but after reading I merge the annoations. Then when it comes to retrieve the pdf with Zotero I delete the original pdf file (or move it to a new folder) and change the name of the merged document so that it matches the original pdf. Then Zotero will retrieve and extract the annotations as usual.
On the positive side, Zotero rarely has trouble extracting M92s annotations, unlike some of the other android-based pdf readers that I have annotated with before in the past.
