Is Windows showing the SD card as a drive? If not, then calibre can't find it. If it is, can you copy a file to it?

If Windows is seeing it OK and can copy to it, I need to see a debug log. To produce this, right click on the preferences icon and select "Restart in debug mode". Calibre will restart and display a message about the debug log. Then connect the device and wait for the jobs that get the book list from the device to finish. When they have, close calibre again. Notepad will be opened with the log. Post the contents of the log, or send to me in a PM.
