First, I'm glad my comments weren't seen as undermining yours all the time. By re-reading them I thought it could feel that way, but that wasn't my intention.

Regarding the firmware and PRS+, I've seen one comment here of someone who tried and bricked his 650. So I preferred to err on the safe side and keep it as it was. Now, this is an ereader that I'm using when I want to lend a book or when someone has questions about ereaders and ebooks. It's nice, steady and sturdy enough to serve well that way.
I can also use it once in a while, but most of the time the Mini or the Aura will provide what I need
