It is summer.
I was right about the iPad 5. It was released on June the 1st—in spirit. People thought I was mistaken only because they expected a physical manifestation of the iPad 5 on that date.

As for the latter part of June being the target for the Windows 8.1 update; that's the word on the street, for which I assume no responsibility.
