Back in the Saddle Again by Autry, Gene
I'm back in the saddle again
Out where a friend is a friend
Where the longhorn cattle feed
On the lowly gypsum weed
Back in the saddle again
Ridin' the range once more
Totin' my old .44
Where you sleep out every night
And the only law is right
Back in the saddle again
Whoopi-ty-aye-oh
Rockin' to and fro
Back in the saddle again
Whoopi-ty-aye-yay
I go my way
Back in the saddle again

Oh, it's SOOOO nice to be home!!!
Good morning, everyone. A nice breeze blowing through the house, a big mug of Dimlah "Ceylon" tea and real croissants that I didn't have to make... wow! My fingers are almost bleeding from an all-nigh jam session with all my old musician friends, but it hurts soooo good..... I haven't done that in almost 5 years! Oh yeah... I'm back in the saddle again!

As Charlie said, space for the leaves to breath is more important that anything. I can't be bothered trying to keep those permanent filter things clean, so I use empty pot-sized teabags that I can fill, use, then throw away. But it took me a few tries to find a brand of these that didn't taste like paper.

It's possible, but I think it's that she misses my wife who had to go back to Japan for two weeks to finish up some legal affairs. I often see her sitting, staring at the door as if waiting for my wife to come in. Then she comes over to me, meows as if to say 'where IS she?!? And I say 'yeah, cat... I miss her too." When my wife is around, Felicity is almost always within a meter or two of her, all day long.

I can ONLY hail in warmer weather. In cold weather it will be sleet (frozen rain.) Hail is a droplet of water that freezes in the upper atmosphere and starts to fall. When it reaches lower altitudes the warm rising air carries it back up where it gets another coating of moisture, freezes and starts to fall again. This falling and rising over and over again is what give hail its 'jaw breaker' appearance when you cut a hailstone in half. Unless the temperatures are warm in the lower atmosphere, there won't be rising air currents to carry the pellet back up. When it's colder on the ground, all you get is a single drop of frozen water... sleet.

It's good to keep in mind that the ONLY nutrient that the body's cells can use is sugar, and only glucose at that! Just about everything you take in get converted to it. It takes longer to convert long-chain carbos to glucose, and even longer to convert fats and proteins, but the cells won't let anything else in except glucose. There are many 'sugars' that don't taste 'sweet.' That's why it's important to try to find a sports drink that works best, flavor-wise, for your taste. Most use glucose or dextrose because it's so fast acting, but you can find fructose and maltose drinks too, and they don't taste so sugary.
Time to go out and explore my world.
