In the bookstore, I can see: Discover(/Related reading, Recommended for you), Browse (/Categories, Reading Lists) and Search.

Edit: from a book, if I click on the wrench there's "Sync my Book Activity". Was it there all along? If so, I think I know why the synchronizations weren't working well
