For the dictionaries, just a couple of them are here: the French and the English-French (or the other way around, but definitely just one of them) for sure; maybe the English one.

Definitely something wrong. I have all the dictionaries installed (though a couple are currently custom dicts) and up until this firmware, nothing has happened with the dictionaries. The only exception was when they added a couple dictionaries in one of the firmwares and so I had to go through the process to add them, since they were only options until I downloaded them.
I don't use all the language dictionaries (there are a couple I never use...but maybe will one day
), but I use different ones regularly enough to know it's not only the interface related languages that stay...for instance I use japn-japn and german-german and french-french and never had to re-download them.
Are they suddenly unchecked in your "manage dictionaries" list or do you just get prompted to download when you try to use them?
And I think the FNAC thing you can't help...I don't have that, but I remember reading that you would have to keep editing that...
