Sorry: and I should have said, there's no reason
not to try it for personal conversions, but I do think for learning the "how-to" of an ePUB, it's actually confusing. It is like "black box" magic: put stuff in one end and other stuff comes out the other.
I admit I'm not sure what the Holiday Inn Express has to do with it, but, hey! Safe travels. ;-)
