Change <meta content="c22d9e01-0d3c-4009-82df-3287f82ac7eb" name="dtb:uid"/> (in ncx) to <meta content="urn:uuid:c22d9e01-0d3c-4009-82df-3287f82ac7eb" name="dtb:uid"/> Now the unique-identifiers are the same.
