Charging problems

Hi

I have old version of Cybook (this with 64 of storage) bought a few months ago. I am very happy with this little thing. But...

Today, when I removed Cybook from protective cover and pluged a charge plug some strange thig occured. Diode flashed red, not yellow (orange) when Cybook was on and connected. So I disconnected and realized that diode not flashed green at all. After a little bit of investigation I was sure that all inside (includes screen) moves slightly up and down (about 1mm). Diode not moves. When Cybook is on and connected diode is red, but when I press gently the diode changes colour to yellow(orange).

I am not sure when it breaked. I always read in protective cover. I never drop my Cybook.

Should I send my Cybook to repair? What is the procedure? And finally - is there a chance to get as a replacement a new version o Cybook?

Regards
