Cover received. The auto on/off works fine. Case adds a lot of bulk, but at least it works. Can't say I am super fond of it. But it'll do, for now.

I like the look and feel of the 8.99 cover referenced in the OP better, but the lack of on/off magnet is not good. (I've noticed in the Amazon listing, they seem to have removed that from their feature description)
