True enough. This was my point in the post you first responded to.

For example my PRS-350 I never had any complaints with it and saw very few from others except when they seemed to be broken.

My Kobo mini I have lot of complaints about and I see many more from other owners.

I loved my Kobo mini when I got it, but two firmware updates removed basic features (available for years on the 350) that it had when I bought it.

I understand that you may have had worse problems with your 350 than with a Kobo reader. And maybe your Kobo works better than my Aura and Mini do.

If so I am sorry that you have had a lot of bad Sony experiences and glad that you have had all wonderful Kobo ones.

Hope it stays great with Kobo for you.
