The screen protectors were removed from both units (in the Glo packaging the screen protector has a little tab with a marker to remove it and so it is very obvious when you open the box). Both units were also sealed so they were not returns. The kind girl at Powell's is shipping me one from another location - she thought it might have been a bad batch.
