This kind of falls outside the scope of this plugin, but since we're already modifying the epubs and addressing Kobo-specific features, perhaps a toggle could be added in the options for a orphans/widows fix? While Kobo follows the ePub standard, it results in some poor text distribution. An easy fix is setting orphans and widows to 0 in the style sheet for the book. Could we automate this process inside this plugin so I don't have to manually do it? It seems to be a Kobo-specific problem, so it'd be nice to not modify the original ePub on my hard drive.
