I happen to agree that on the Aura, 2.6.1 has just the amount of white space I'd like to see for the top margin. Helen used the exact word I had in mind, 'balanced.' It looks balanced on the page, and to me, on 2.5.1, it did not, and it bugged me. I prefer not to have the book title on all the pages, but it didn't bother me a whole lot.

However, many users feel exactly the opposite. Given that a lot of us have different UI items that are very important to us, Kobo ought to listen up and make these options user-configurable. I worked in software for a lot of years, this should be a few days worth of work for an excellent programmer, and a couple of weeks in QA, yet I see this orphan/widow issue, for example, has been dragging on forever. Why not just put a resource on it for a week or two? It's baffling, given how little it would take to fix it, and how much better and more consistent books would look on a page.
