It is not quite the same yardstick as RasterFarian.
In that case, according to the notes of the editor, the sw was removed
because it used a piece of commercial sw.
It is not quite the same as using a piece of public domain sw and making
no money out of it (pdflrf was free).
I could have understood if the GPL violation was from some commercial
operator that exploited the work of open source code by violating
the license to make money, but this is not the case.
As it stands, this was a very minor violation and your action were extemely
petty, whether sour grapes or not.
I do not blame Mobileread for this : once a little violation is pointed out
they have no choice, but you have deprived a lot of people of a valuable
tool to enjoy their device and for that you have all my contempt.
