The only reason I own the book is years ago I was taking a course which required me to read the book and Forever Amber. I never finished the course due to hubby's sudden deployment and then we got orders to move but I still have the books.
Now I have read Pride and Prejudice. I read it a few years ago after my friend assured me it had a HEA. I loved that book. I plan someday to read another one of her books.

I see. Well, if you want to know how it ends (and hear one of the most infamous movie quote of all time), here's a link to the last scene
GWTW ending (spoiler)
I love the book P&P, but I also love the mini-series with Colin Firth, Jennifer Ehle, etc.
I enjoy watching most Austin adaptations moreso than rereading her other books. P&P and Northanger Abbey are the only two I've reread as an adult. And I never did read Emma or Mansfield Park all the way through. But I own multiple productions of all 6 of her novels as mini-series and/or movies. If it helps, all of her books have an HEA for the main protagonists.
