I don't think the size of the books much affects the basic performance of the Library which is really metadata.db

For the most part, the DB will be pretty much the same (with same fields populated) for a 100K or a 25G book. What mostly varies is the amount in thecomments field.

My 5.7K book (6.35G) Library has a metadata.db of 19MB
