That's what it looks like to me! I just had a thought, though... I looked at Billingsgate's location, and it's Hong Kong. The book he'd (she'd?) applied the discount code to is to be released on June 4th, which is tomorrow (from a U.S. viewpoint). But it may have been almost June 4th in Hong Kong at the time he/she had ordered it, and maybe the switch from Preorder to the normal Buy button got flipped a little early.

In theory, I should see a normal Buy button by tomorrow (here in the US). Although I most often don't see a promotional code entry point option on such new stuff. We'll see!
