A complete store, if I don't get a reasonable answer. If a store pisses me off with a canned answer to such a question, then I may decide to not buy there again. If that happens, I *won't* buy there again, ever.
In that case, I'd rather not ask. The persons who answer the e-mails might actually not be working for the store itself, but for some company that provides support outsourcing, making Diesel lose a customer that has been quite satisfied up until now.

I could have kept my mouth shut and go pirate the stuff of course. That would have been a lot lot cheaper, but sadly, I'm one of the good guys (mostly), so I now have less money than I could have had.
