Another alternative is to rename the file to blahblah.pdf2 (and pdf3, pdf4 ...) and associate the pdfn extensions with your normal pdf reader, not sure how you could handle that on Kobo Glo

You will need Add the blahblah.pdfn to book blahblah via Add files to selected book records (shift/a) - you cant drag/drop 'foreign formats' into book details

You wont be able to convert the pdfn with calibre

Useful if your main motive is to have everything in one place.

In practice I'd suggest using a meaningful extension - eg pdf4kobo, pdf4nook etc
