Yup, the above average can accumulate them MUCH faster.
Finished reading
Queen of the Flowers, the 14th in the excellent Phryne Fisher series by Kerry Greenwood. This book delves into some of the back story of Phryne's adopted daughter Ruth, along side the main mystery, and was another superlative read. I'm having to space these out, there are only four more and I like to keep them as "treats".
If you haven't tried this series, I highly recommend it. Written by a Melbourne native, and set in 1928 Melbourne, these are truly delightful books. (And if you get a chance to see the TV series done by the Australian Broadcasting Company, don't miss them!) The first book in the series is
Cocaine Blues, and it's FREE.
Next up, the 25th Anniversary Edition of Man/Kzin Wars. Talk about a change of pace...
