I have just been playing with the new version and have no problem with lots of highlights in a chapter. But, I have found a problem.

If the highlight goes from the first sentence of the paragraph to the second sentence, the next paragraph and the rest of the chapter is highlighted. This is caused by the way the extended driver sets the id spans in the book.

Well, I wasn't thinking of that. I am actually running beta firmware. But, I wasn't expecting a change in this area. Maybe there has been a fix.
