The one from onyx-international, is provided by the chines manufacturer, and so is mainly optimized for their country.
The one from onyx-europe is linked with artateck.pl, so if you have bought your reader from their site you should install their updates. (and is compatible only with their ereaders)
At last, the updates you find in this site are provided by ereader-store.de
Basically, artateck and ereader-store buy the reader from the chinese manufacturer, and add some europeans features. So if you want to study chinese you might prefer the onyx-int updates.
