Calibre the save template to name the files when you send them to the device. The default is something like:

{author_sort}/{title} - {authors}
To get what you are seeing, someone has changed the template to include "#amazon". It might be hardcoded or a tag or something else. Look at the driver configuration to see what the template you are using is.
