It's really strange...

I did the same conversion as with the file before, didn't spot any obvious differences using Sigil...

What I did now is use the working version and copy & paste the text of the non-working version into the corresponding html-files (chapters). Then I saved the copy, added it to Calibre, transferred it again - and now it works.

There are still some problems in some chapter with the highlights, though (I had that in the first version of the book, too).

Sometimes I add a highlight and then another portion of the text gets highlighted as well, often more than one portion (e.g. first 5 words of the next paragraph... and the next... and the next...). Sometimes the whole rest of the chapter gets highlighted...
