I have tried adding a new email account using Outlook.com, but that didn't work either. This was the reply to that test:

I get a similar error message back when I tried to use my own ISP email address. I've also tried changing passwords, removing and re-installing Calibre, rebooting the system, and using a System Restore. Not sure what is left to try.
