I am feeling better. Thank you. I went and checked and the hvac unit is leaking again. I took my shop vac and vacuum it up and right in the middle of the puddle was one of my kitties toys. So we suspect it may have been the cause. So once I got rid of it and clean the area about 20 minutes later my head began to clear for first time in four days. So my guess was it had mildewed. I had him pick up a new filter too because the old one is wet.
