Though I don't see how Kobo can verify that anyone might have exceeded the limits particularly when they don't do anything to verify that the email addresses being used even exist.

All the email addresses I used were valid and I have all the confirmations. If by some chance one of them was selected as the Grand Prize winner, I would decline the prize.
I did find it strange Kobo would offer a 30% promotion at the same time the Contest was operating.
