Limit is ten (10) Entries per Entrant during the Contest Period. Limit is one Grand Prize Entry per Contest Period per Entrant during the Contest Period, regardless of email address provided. Entries that exceed these limits will invalidate all Entries or Grand Prize Entries previously made by that Entrant.
Though I don't see how Kobo can verify that anyone might have exceeded the limits particularly when they don't do anything to verify that the email addresses being used even exist.
