My Dad has an old Kobo, which has been working fine with Calibre since I bought it for him a few years ago. For some reason now we can't seem to upload any books.
This is the error message we get:

calibre, version 0.9.32
ERROR: Error: Error communicating with device

database disk image is malformed

Traceback (most recent call last):
File "site-packages\calibre\gui2\device.py", line 85, in run
File "site-packages\calibre\gui2\device.py", line 476, in _books
File "site-packages\calibre\devices\kobo\driver.py", line 312, in books
DatabaseError: database disk image is malformed

Any idea what I can do about this?
