Actually that's incorrect. Their packages are delivered to Etobicoke and then go through Missisauga (or another bigger Post Office depending on where they are going) before hitting customs at the border. But that may not be a Kobo problem. I've found that both Canada Post and USPS have abysmal tracking systems. But there SHOULD be a status change within 48 hours of being issued the tracking number.
