My "local" Best Buy does not have any Kobo gift cards and no plans to carry them. Neither Frys nor Best Buy sell the physical gift cards online. So I called Kobo Customer Service. I was told the whole no on-line gift cards issue IS temporary and though they have no timeline for when it will be restored it will be eventually. Grr!
