Using a PDF to word online converter I was able to convert all my PDFs into word documents.

https://www.easypdfcloud.com/ ) Warning most only allow 2MB files sizes so you’ll need to use a PDF split tool in order to split them into smaller file sizes

Also Google Drive will OCR the first ten pages of a PDF and it keeps all the formatting no good for what I need but if somebody has just a couple pages to work on this maybe a good solution. (really Google 50 pages would be helpful 10 pages is a joke)
