I am also looking for the same solution. BookReader is great on the mac. But, it has no ipad version, unfortunately. The workflow on non-DRM epub reading is so mess now. Annotations on one app don't show up on another. This so sad. Have anybody tried Bluefire reader and Adobe digital editions if they work via Dropbox?
