I saw a few minutes ago where Apple is defending its tax strategies saying they didn't use any sneaky tactics.

First tax avoidance is not tax evasion whether for a company or an individual.

What is legal, is legal (Period!)

Second I find it uncomfortable defending Apple, but right is right (Period!)
