chm to pdf, appears as scanned in some pdf softwares
did some chm to pdf conversions and some html to pdf conversion.
but the output pdf opens as a scanned one in pdfpen. also tried on adobe reader app on ipad, looks same.
can't annotate or comment or add note. only freehand drawing is possible.
some error with conversion? or some extra setting i missed?
