So, it's some type of pre-paid credit card that you purchase? then add money to, presumably at Walmart?

what sort of fees are involved (other than the $5 up front charge, which would probably stop me from buying it, on it's own, since they probably make their money off credit/debit card charges for fill-ups; not to mention it would involve actually stepping foot inside a walmart...)?
