Well no need to blame the government on that one cheif as when I was in hong Kong I could not download Evan Google books or Google play onto my LG optimus 4x HD smart phone.Its googles geo restrictions of Asia at work again
Don't forget Google pulled out of the mainland because they fell out with the beijing government over a year ago.
