Compared to my previous reader (Palm m515) starting it up takes too long, the buttons to operate it are clunky and noisy, navigating through books is slow and cumbersome, well, I could go on for hours.
Overall, it is just not fast enough, flexible enough and easy enough to operate (that's my -very- subjective opinion).
