Yes I've been having to contact them several times this past month because of this on several other updated books that do no appear on the update page in MYK. I've started a
thread in the Kindle Forum asking anyone else with this problem.
When you do make sure you have the order number, the original name and the new name because they wont be able to find the new name on their end and the order number must match the new book as well as the old book.
You would think if the content is changed we would be able to upgrade automatically through MYK page but nope.
