There are a couple of publishers out there who release electronic versions of older, often public domain, titles that are just collated scans of library books. One publisher makes a virtue out of this and proudly announces "100% OCR error-free!".

The finished documents look vintage but they are huge files that are at times unreadable due to the yellowing of the original source material.
