There are three versions on sale (one "original", more or less, one movie-tie-in and an enhanced version with improved illustrations and embedded audio by Tolkien). Two are tied to the audiobook, the latter is not.

Also a $17 illustrated version "on sale" (vs. the $35 list price, anyway).
