No, the document TOC has 59 entries. I did alt-V and counted them.
This TOC is also included as a page at the end of the epub file and it is complete.
It is the TOC that you get when you click on view table of contents in the calibre epub viewer, and in the kobo touch ereader, that contain only 50 entries.
