There are many projects all over the place, one problem is that kobos firmware updates often change basics that those projects rely on, so they get outdate much quicker then prs+.

I think we are on the 3rd or 4rd variant of the Kobo plugins/tweaks project by now.

I just stumbled over two major projects that are developed by japanese users, and posted the links in the Dev forum.
Might be very interesting but I haven't cracked the language barrier and am currently in trial and error mode to figure out if they are really useful. *g*

Also prs+ added functionality to a severly lacking device which had no prospect of a firmware update. Kobos software faults are minor annoyance in comparison to the early sony's. So the motivation to develop is probably much smaller.
