They just don't count freebies or books from what used to be agency publishers who have chosen not to allow participation in the loyalty program. So you can buy as many books as you want at a time and it will correctly track the number. If you buy 20 books at once it gives you two codes.

The codes just aren't good for bundles. Otherwise any book from a participating publisher under $25 is eligible.

Recently HarperCollins/Avon books became eligible. But Penguin (Jove, Berkley, Putnam, etc) books are not. I was really hoping the end of agency pricing would make them eligible, but apparently not. Hope they change their mind and allow coupons and loyalty programs in the future.
