I understand that some people like (or at least don't mind) the space used at the top and bottom of the screen for the title and page number. Someone mentioned that this takes away approximately 20% of the available screen for reading. I am wondering what the cutoff point is for people who think losing 20% of the screen is ok. What if 50% of the screen was unavailable for actual reading? Would that be ok? For me, it's not really the number of words on the screen that matters, but the ability to use the screen I have for its intended purpose of reading. Also, I read quickly, so if I have to turn more pages more often, I tend to keep my finger hovering over the screen, rather than putting my hand down. I realize this probably sounds stupid, but I feel like I'm playing some kind of videogame (tap-tap-tap) rather than reading a book.
