It's a decent read.
I WILL BUILD A HOUSE OF STEEL sheds light on the roots of the Manticore Naval build up leading up to ON BASILISK STATION.
The rest of the book is a fairly detailed look at the major ship classes in the Havenite Wars.
It's a fan service volume.
